"Very nice hotel. Great location as we were going on a cruise. Staff were fantastic and the breakfast was very good. The bathroom in our room needed updating but everything was very clean."

"Previous guest literally leaving as I arrived. Unit was dirty, smelly. Owner advised me to wait an hour while housekeeping prepared the property. I was advised check-in was at 4pm. That is when I arrived observing the previous occupant 'checking out'. They literally knocked on the door asking if I saw their black duffle bag. As one business owner to another have some sense of respect, not just commercial greed. "

"I would not recommend anyone staying at this property. It’s so run down, dirty, and in ill repair. The owners or investors of this property are only concerned with dollars not a great experience or how the property looks. The lobby is nice but this is definitely not an ART DECO HOTEL. Whoever has been rating this as a 4 or 5 star probably was not looking at the condition of the rooms. I have pictures to prove the condition of the property!!! Horrible and disgusting I promise. "
