"Breakfast was delicious, great coffee and hot and fresh food "

"The open breakfast is a nice feature just standard items. The location is great because a lot of stores are near by if you need anything. My issue was the room smelled like mold/wet sock a bit which was off putting. The room is not soundproof well and the room was in front of this gutter where the water was falling from the second floor into the grass creating a puddle that I heard all not. For what is was, the price point, and everything near by it was an okay stay. "

"Room wasn’t as clean as before (I stay once or twice a year) but other than that everything else was great!"

"We stayed in the annex which was convenient to back parking lot. The place was adorable…shower and bedding incredible and best of all the location right downtown can’t be beat. Wonderful stay."

"The heater in the room I stayed in, upstairs and directly above the hotel office, needs to be repaired. It smelled like carbon monoxide."
