"Desk staff were pretty sour. Room was moderately clean. Sauna was not working in the morning. Rooftop not open until 4 p.m. Rooms very cramped. I expected a better experience based on previous high reviews. Still a good value because the rater was low. "

"Nice place. Area is a little suspect. Did not feel too safe walking west of the location after dark. Wasn’t happy, or aware, we would be charged an extra 4% at the property to pay with a credit card. Beautiful view from the kitchen in the morning."

"Location wise it's pretty good walking distance from train stops and some museums.The only problem I had is the aircon not working so I need to open my window, the only downside is the noise coming from outside.
