"Excellent hotel for Lucerne. This property is just outside of town, but very convenient for everything. It is on bus line #21 which delivers you to the downtown train/bus/boat station in just twenty minutes. Also just ten minutes to the Mt. Pilatus cable car in the opposite direction. Staff was great, very clean. Rooms have mini-fridges, very nice showers, and comfortable beds. There is an on-site restaurant that provided the best meals we had during our two week stay in Switzerland. Lucerne is very convenient for travel throughout the country (with a Swiss Travel Pass) and this property was perfect for it."
