The room is clean. There is only shampoo and body wash offer in bathroom. Stuff and service are good. Close bus stop and convince to shopping.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were three of us and the hotel had triple bed occupancy which was very convenient. Comfortable beds, neat and tidy room, convenient location not far from train station. And attractions are nearby.

We stayed here for 1 night, the rooms were nice and comfortable. Parking in the hotel garage was €18 and had to book in advance as only a couple of spaces. Overall a good stay

It was a great hotel to stay at. Staff were very nice. We stayed at a double twin room. A big room with a large laptop desk and chair. Also two comfortable chairs and a coffee table. The interior was modern. Great for a business trip too. The location was closer to tram stations and there was a mini carrefour supermarket nearby. The neighborhood was quite but for some reason we heard street noises late night (2 or 3am) from the street.

Room was nice but we were unable to stay due to the location of our flight and early departure. We gave the room to our son who used it alone. Asked for a refund but Hotels.com refused.

Nice clean hotel
Perfect location for the meeting I attended. Nice clean hotel with nothing to complain about. I basically only slept there and did not even have tim for breakfast so I cannot say much more, but it was good for my purpose.

4 days in Brussels
Good value for money Quiet pleasant area. Staff were helpful and cleanliness good. Generous-sized room compared with many. Only significant problem was that some guests were late-night noisy and the sound proofing between rooms was not so good as in some other hotels. Wifi signal was also a bit weak in my room. But overall a good place to stay.

This was in a very nice area and we were very pleased with the updated room. The front desk called us a cab right when we arrived as we had dinner reservations and they were very prompt. Beds comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Lovely hotel near shopping street
Travelling with my husband, arrived early, staff welcoming we were able to leave our luggage securely until check in time.Lovely hotel in quiet street. Did not have breakfast so unable to comment. A comfortable stay with no problems.

A hidden gem in great area
If you can get over the small elevator, this place is a home away from home. Very innovative and very spacious. A lot of storage for clothes, several drawers and a wall closet. This is a great place for long term if you can do without the kitchen and fridge.

unexpectedly cosy and stylish
I had to come on business from London only for a night. I was looking for an inexpensive option close to the eurostar and comfy. I booked this double room for 74 euros (taxes included) based on good location (close to eurostar), the reviews and the reduction I got from booking my train.

Great Value, Excellent Location, Modern Facilities
The hotel is located in a very convenient location, only about 10 minutes away from Stephanie/Louise. It is located near a tram station and a short walk from the Metro. It is very accessible from Brussels-Midi train station. The staff are personable and respectful. The room is very well-appointed and modern with a great shower. Free Wi-Fi was very much appreciated. There are not a lot of selections in terms of channels for the TV though that is not problematic. It was difficult to find dining options immediately nearby though the hotel handled a late night dinner delivery quite well. All in all, I would stay here again for the great value.

Very good, affordable hotel
The hotel is located in a very upscale area of Brussels that is just a 20 minute walk from the city center. There is a lot of great food, shopping, etc. nearby. The hotel room was a bit larger than expected and we found it to be very comforting and relaxing. The hotel receptionist even helped us find the most convenient, affordable way to reach the airport and checked the shuttle schedule online to ensure we would not miss our flight via this method.

Although the hotel is not in the center of town, the 93 tram takes you right there. It is in the center of the Art Deco world that architect Horta began in Brussels in the late 19th century. And not too far from a small grocery store. The breakfast was not so elaborate as some European hotels but it was tasty and adequate. And the room was spectacular - interesting lights, rich bed fabrics, good pillows, coffee and tea In the room. Even a strong direct light to read by without disturbing the person in the other bed. And an easy to operate room safe. And a shower out of Architectural digest. I recommend it.

Must increased security
One of the room has not secure windows and is near to the emergency stair which anyone can climb; also there was a big wardrobe closed and without key; furthermore the tailgate window of my car was smashed, and some-things were stolen and my car was parked in front of the hotel.

Two day getaway
Two day getaway to visit family. Close to Avenue Louise and about 10 minute walk to Louise Metro. Large and very comfortable room. Highly recommend!
