The bathroom and shower doors were damaged. I reported the situation, but they never were fixed. the reservation was for 4 people and they only provided sheets, towels and blankets for 2. I requested the addittional 2 and they asked me to send a picture of my credit card which was unsafe. they took more than 24 hours to provide the blankets. the first night we had to sleep without blankets. I had to call 9 times in order to get the blankets delivered to the flat. terrible customer service. dont waste your money with this company Smartflats.
