"Ladies and gentlemen when i tell you that this place was amazing i kid you not. Chloe was amazing she helped me with every need and set me up with the Spa. La Siesta spa was great this stay was amazing from beginning till end. Clean rooms, amenities amazing and they stay restocking your room. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for the hospitality."

"Ba Na Hills itself is very beautiful. The room that we stayed at is the family suite in de Paris building. Room looks outdated but clean and smell good. It does have a french vibe inside. The only downside is the staff after checking out. As soon as we got our luggages from the front desk lady, no one guide us how to go down or where to go. We were walking around the place with our luggages looking for the cable car to use to go down. No one showed us where to go, whenever we ask the stuff they just point and said โgo thereโ. Checking in was nice because they seem like they take care of you. But once toy check out, youโre basically on your own."

"If you have kids, this is the place to be. Bloody amazing hotel. Spacious rooms, super clean food was great. Only complaint, need more seating around the lazy river area. Other than that A grade."
