"Outstanding service! The room was nice and comfortable - it’s a Novotel and you know what you will get. What really set it apart for us was the service. Everyone was so nice to us and super helpful. Krystal helped check us in and provided massage recommendations since their spa would be closed at the time that worked for us. The massage place turned out to be amazing. Then the breakfast buffet next morning was another wonderful experience - the spread was huge, but Vy really made it special for us. She saw that we were from India and got the chef to make Chana masala for us. Three days later and my family still fondly remembers how we were treated at Novotel. One thing to note - We had the view of the river/bridge and the balcony was nice to sit in. Though sound traveled from traffic and nearby party spots - and we were on the 30th floor. Once you closed the balcony noise wasn’t a problem for us. "

"This is an excellent hotel to stay in Da Nang. It’s very central and it’s on an island, like a world of it’s own, so quiet and peaceful. It’s in an area of very upscale private homes, yet very walkable to the city centre or the beach. The service is superb from the moment you arrive, breakfast is really good and restaurant at night works so well for a quiet evening. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable. Perfect little hideaway in the middle of the city. Only thing would be NOT to book an airport shuttle, at least double what it should be, airport is very easy to get cab or Grab, not busy and only about a 10 minute ride to hotel."

"I absolutely cannot rate this hotel enough. From the moment I arrived, along with during my entire stay, I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy any guest could ask for. All staff were remarkable but 3 in particular. I am eternally grateful to Mai Trang, Huy and Cam. My stay mattered and these 3 went above and beyond to demonstrate this. The hotel should value and cherish their approach to customer service. The food in the restaurant was delicious and again, the staff were very respectful. The bartender who made my night cap (old fashion cocktail) was also very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable and the view of the river from my room was awesome. My stay here will be in my thoughts for a long time to come. Thank you so much."
