When we first arrived and went to our rooms the immediate area around the lifts on the 12th floor stank of cigarettes and this had spread along the corridor and into the rooms. The waste bins outside the lifts were full of cigarette ends. There are signs stating this is a non smoking floor.

Breakfast not as good, coffee is suck and taste like water down. Compare all hotels that I stay in Ho Chi Minh, Vinh long, Hoi an …. Not enough toilet paper and should leave extra roll of toilet paper in case someone have diarrhea.

Not as nice as the pics!

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. The pictures are a little bit nicer than the facility is currently. I’ve think back in the day this hotel was a lot nicer. We had two twin beds on the 14th floor, and over my three week vacation in Asia these were the most uncomfortable beds that we slept in. Not by a whole lot, but you can cab or grab your way around.

Lighting in the bathroom is not adequate for women to do make up in the bathroom. The light above the mirror should be brighter to be used for this purpose

The hotel was 5 star and in a great area for food and amenities. Excellent views of the city and room was very spacious and tidy. Only disappointment was the breakfast which lacked variety. Would definitely stay again at hotel due to easy access of Da Nang surroundings.

Staff were nice and friendly. Room was cleaned every day. But not changing sheet for week. Dinning was good. But food was almost same everyday. The reception couldn’t solve the issue and arguing with customer. They should help customer to solve the issue when customer raised it.

The room was a great size and had awsome views of the city unfortunately there were road works right out from of the Hotel at the time and there was a very strong smell of smoke in our entire floor each night even thou they were non smoking rooms ? We also had a strong smell of wet damp in the bathroom (might be the drainage not to sure . ) wasn’t a fan of the breakfast either was very average .

Great place!

Very good value and an awesome location. The rooms was clean and staff were awesome. The WiFi signal was touch and go, but overall ok. The rooms could use an upgrade, but the location was awesome!
