"Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. While checkout is a bit early at 10 a.m., he proactively offered a complimentary late checkout, which made all the difference on a long trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations. "Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption ist meiner Meinung nach ausbaufähig. Spa-Nutzung am Abreisetag nur bis 11 Uhr und ansonsten mit sehr hohem Aufpreis verbunden - das läuft in vielen anderen Hotels schon besser ab. Frühstück war sehr gut, auch das Abendessen war in Ordnung. Bei den Duschen im Spa-Bereich roch es immer nach Kanal, was sehr unangenehm war. Für diesen Preis kommen wir bestimmt nicht wieder, Preis/Leistung für mich nicht gerechtfertigt!"
