"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Nice room, clean and tidy. Great staff, very helpful and personal. The breakfast was a really good variety and even some Hungarian sparkling wine if you want to toast the day in. I used the gym when it was raining and it was lovely, great equipment and a lovely setting. Really well located, only 2 minute walk from the Opera house and station. Honestly cannot say enough nice things about this place and the great staff. Will stay here again when I visit."

"Great stay and facilities are all good. I stayed in a room of 8 however my bed was bottom right by the door so your constantly hearing the door slam and people going in and out as well as noise in the corridors. The doors go quite a lot as toilets and showers are all outside the rooms but besides the noise at night it’s a good place to stay. Easy location to get anywhere and close to lots of transport "

"The room was a bit worn - doors and furniture in need of some renovation/repair, but otherwise I have no complaints. Room was cleaned daily, bed was comfortable and windows opened. A quiet residential type of neighborhood with nearby coffee shops, restaurants and delis. The room would not be updated enough for some but it didn’t bother me, especially for the price. "On check in I felt that the staff were more interested in trying to sell site seeing tickets to everyone and not checking people in. The room looked clean .but you could see that the front door handle was hanging off and indeed broke the next day. Staff should have noted that before my arrival. Bedding was changed every day but the room was not cleaned during my 8 day stay. The area out side was at the weekend . full of stag/hen parties to the extent of my wife and I returning to our room...
