"Facilities provide all that one needs and more! Fitness area is suitable for most types, pool area is fantastic and has a great hot tub too! Attached restaurant provided a great option for breakfast and we utilized it multiple times when other options are available.
When it comes down to it, what makes all the difference is a solid management team...and Alex was the all-star to provide such an experience! Under unique circumstances which had us fleeing another hotel, Alex and his staff were quick to exercise sympathy tor our situation and went out of their way to expedite an early checkin, saving us from an otherwise unpleasant series of events that would've tollowed! Some tssty cookies were provided and some water options too, and at the end of our checkout, he comped us for a pre-departure breakfast we enjoyed at their same attached restaurant (Ventanas Grill).
Overall, if you're honna be in the general area, it's got the amenities and the staff to help make the most of your stay!
