Best Western on the Avenue
Dated, can definitely use a reno. And parking lot is small. We had a room with double bed and it was tiny, which sometimes is expected in the city center, but not comfortable. Location was great for dining at night.

Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Room was clean and had all I needed to sleep and shower as I was there only about 10 hours.
