The room was beautiful & clean. The staff was friendly & accommodating. The hotel is across the street from a restaurant where we dined before walking down the block to Key Bank Center for our concert.

Everything at the property was as advertised. The only criticism is that they make you pay for parking on site and there was no turndown service so we had to Find sheets and make up the sofa bed ourselves. Other than that, everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Stayed for a Sabres game. Was able to park onsite and walk to the arena with all the Sabers fans. Easy in and out. We were probably back at the hotel at the same time most fans were just getting to their cars

Complete disappointment! Arrived a 3:30pm to checkin for the hockey game. Was hoping to drop of our stuff and enjoy and meal before the game. Instead, our room wasnt ready up after 4pm. All we were offerred for this total inconvenience was free parking!

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay! Staff are friendly and the facilities are spotless. As two women staying in the hotel, we felt completely safe.

We selected this hotel to be able to attend the Sabres' game, and this was perfect! We were able to walk there within 3 minutes. The pool was nice and the room was well kept.

We came to Buffalo to see an NHL game on a Sunday evening with my 2 kids and chose this hotel because it was 2nd closest to the arena. Our first choice didn’t have a pool so we picked this one; for the sole reason of them getting so swim. That didn’t happen because it was being cleaned when we checked in and this morning at 10 they were dumping jugs of chlorine and chemicals. Very frustrating telling two young boys they can’t swim and also try and keep them occupied. Staff didn’t seem to care.

Hot tub and pool were down. The pool filter was broken but pool still open so it looked cloudly with body hair floating around. There were also no towels. Given the high cost of there rooms I would excepted a lot more. Would not recommended.

I always love to stay here when I make my drive from upstate New York to St. Louis. The property has everything you could ever need, including a small bistro. They’re always accommodating and take care of you, They make you feel special.

Checkin was poor. Waited abit and the guy checking me in said, “Did you hear what I just told her (the person he checked in, in front of me) or do I have to repeat myself?” The key cards either wouldn’t work for the elevator or wouldn’t work for the hotel room so I ended up with 2 different sets. The pool was pretty dirty with lots of floating debris. There was a cigarette lighter laying on the floor of our hotel room and the top sheet on the bed was stained with ??? The room was set to 66, which was abit chili but when I set it to 70–it took a couple hours to get to that temp, and for whatever reason, the temp started going back down again. It was a pretty chili room to sleep in during winter. :-/ considering the cost for rooms compared to other hotels in the downtown area, I really did not think it was worth it. The guy working at the Bistro in the morning was an extremely nice guy tho.

Very conveniently located. Canalside is right next door, the Main Street Metro station is at the doorstep. I’d stay here again.

We were quite upset/ disappointed at the fact that we paid $30 per person for breakfast only to find out that it was not a $30 breakfast, but a bistro. For two total breakfast it was $30( a premade sandwich and juice). Total waste of money extremely disappointed as this was not what we paid for.

The location is awesome and you can easily walk all over down Buffalo and there’s security for parked cars. The staff was really friendly and even though the building was shared by other tenants, the property was well maintained and quiet where the guest rooms were located. You could tell the room had recently updated and was nice. My two complaints are that our faucet was weird (VERY hard to turn on) and leaked, we called down to the front desk as the faucet leaked ALL over the counter when it was on and our only option was to change rooms which was inconvenient as we had already unpacked. My second complaint is that our in-room fridge didn’t work, I think it was energy efficient and therefore didn’t run/ cool all the time? Either way by day 2 it wouldn’t cool at all and all of our food went bad (we had stopped in a few other places in WNY before staying in downtown Buffalo).
