1st time ever in 30yrs of travelling where hotel did not have reservation. I showed that it was paid to expedia...she said conf# didnt work in her system. Found out hotel was overbooked and bumped us We were there right at 3pm for check in. We booked because we wanted a pool and hottub and gym and a bathtub in the room. The moved us to the Reickhart house...adjoining property. Although slightly nicer room...not better then our.own home. No bathtub no pool etc no free breakfast. This was worst hotel experience ever and we have been on 5 continents.

Loud noise, room was not available with two queens , separate room provided but not connected. I have young children. Asked tor milk at night and it was a big deal to provide for some reason because they dont sell milk . Facilty is great, just need little customer service training .

Conveniently located off highway with good food options. Hotel was clean except for a very old toilet seat that was cracked and definitely needed to be replaced.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning. One small complaint. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The only soap was in the shower w/ the shower gel dispenser.

The staff was really nice and the breakfast was good. My only issue was I think the wind kept shaking the wind?? It always sounded like something smacked the window or it would creak in the middle of the night so it kept me up since I'm a light sleeper, but other than that it's a great hotel. I would definitely stay again

My stay was fine. But I was disappointed by the grudgingly slow bathroom sink and the lack of a toilet paper holder. That particular deficiency does not constitute a "good look" for the Hyatt Place brand.

Thought the room was big and clean. However, a microwave oven would have been nice. We had a room on the 6th floor and the heating/cooling system was very loud and had difficulty in controlling the temperature settings to what we had wanted.
