"Never been in a hotel where there was no coffee maker in the room; otherwise, clean, comfy, loves the laminate floor (no carpet). "

"The building is big, nice but signs of age. Painted areas outdoors are faded. Light fixtures outside lounge area missing bulbs. The bed mattress was due replacing. We slept in body craters. My wife's head was lower than her feet due to the worn out mattress. "

"The room was half clean. A dirty cloth was still on the shower rod and tangerine was left in refrigerator. I said I didn't care if it was a smoking or non smoking room and ended up in a smoking room. It was if someone was smoking right next to me."
