We were there for a quick two night stopover on our way to another destination…Wonderful old charming building…charm and service are the top items…It does not have all the modern bells and whistles…old creeky floors…etc….beautiful grounds, good food and GREAT wine…the only real downside is there is not much to do in this remote setting

This beautiful 1880 colonial house is, as you say, charming, and its surrounding park is the perfect backstage. We will go over our check-in, and pre-check-in procedures, as it appears you were not told about our different tour options such as our Classic, Selection, Premium, and Carmenere tours, to name a few, or about our Museo Andino (a pre-Columbian museum with over 3000 artifacts), our pool, bicycles, sauna, etc. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to host you once again, so you can enjoy the full Hotel Casa Real - Viña Santa Rita experience.Kind regards,

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Casa Real. The restaurant was great and the grounds were beautiful. It would be great if the hotel provided historical information on the house or house tours as we would love to understand more of the background about the beautiful property. I wish the hotel offered fans or better AC units in the bedroom as the room got very hot at night and I can't imagine how much worse it would be if it had been a really hot night. Also, the wifi could use an update. Aside from those few minor things, we had a wonderful time and definitely would recommend a couple nights at this lovely, relaxing hotel. Definitely book wine tour through the concierge to get tours in smaller sized groups.

What a beautiful property! Traditional, historic but with utmost comfort - huge room with stylish, modern bathroom. Really comfortable separate sitting room. A special place set in beautiful geounds with a great swimming pool. Everything is perfect.

Dear guest, I am going to resend you the message we sent you las saturday and last friday. "Mr. May, as it was explained several times, the error was caused by an additional tax that burdened our management system. We verified that you had a dialogue with the receptionist before leaving the hotel, where you are notified of the pending charge corresponding to the tours. She asked you if you used the same credit card on file, to which you agreed. Dialogue registered by security cameras. Also, thanks to this case, we have detected that between the credit card collection system and our security cameras there are 13 minutes of defacement. That is why the charge appears at 8:01 am, at the same time as the cameras say 8:14 am (interaction). I am sure that this unfortunate time difference caused confusion. I hope this clarifies the situation, and understands that we never use personal information of guests for our benefit. I will follow the process of cancellation of the extra tax charged. Personally I will make sure that your refund is processed as soon as possible and I will be in contact with you to send you your invoice with the correct amount. We hope that this incident does not obscure the experience lived in our facilities." Honestly we dont think we deserve the rate you put on us just because a small mistake that was already clarified. Lugar lindo
Vinícola linda com um belo jardim, lago e cisnes. Ao voltar para o hotel quando já era noite, o taxi não conseguia encontrar a entrada certa, pois é muito mal sinalizado. Como a propriedade é grande, acabamos nos perdendo.

時間とお金のある人にはいいのかも
お誕生日なので泊まってみた。 行きは地下鉄とバスを乗り継ぎ、帰りはタクシー($100位)でサンティアゴ市内迄戻った。 サンタリタのワイナリーツアーに参加したが参加者のほとんどが市内からのデイツアーだった。 客室はソファがあり広々としていたがバスタブと冷蔵庫がないのが不満。 ホテルのレストランで魚料理と牛肉の煮込みを食べたどちらも美味しくない。外には何もないのでレンタカーがなければ、高額でまずい料理をホテル内で食べるしかない。 宿泊者のほとんどが欧米のシニアカップルで場違いな感じもした。 総合的にみて、宿泊と夕食で$500以上払ってまで泊まる必要はないかなと思う。

About the tour, for people who take the fullboard rate, the tour is private for the guests of the hotel, not together with the day tours, of course for the ones who book the Bed and Breakfast it is with the regular tours, because there is no way to know who is going to take what kind of tour. Magnifique havre de paix dans les vignes
Super hôtel de charme avec service exceptionnel. Magnifique parc, bains romains, jardins autour de la piscine et petite salle de sport. Chambres spacieuses. Repas intimes pour les résidants de l’hôtel dans les salons de réception historiques. Seul petit point négatif était la piscine pas tout à fait propre. Pas de clim dans les chambres.

Très bel hôtel. La salle à manger est exceptionnelle. Le site, l'aménagement du parc sont magnifiques. Cependant, le coin de la piscine laisse à désirer. Il manque de chaises longues. Nous n'avons pas pu nous y installer parce que tout ce qui restait était des chaises de plastic blanches au soleil. Aussi, bien que le personnel de la salle à manger soit d'une grande gentillesse, le service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un établissement de ce prix. Le côté sécuritaire est aussi exagéré. Une guérite à l'entrée, des clôtures barrées, du personnel qui nous accostent pour nous demander ce qu'on fait lors de promenades. Enfin, un peu trop cher pour ce que ça vaut.

O Hotel é uma graça. Os quartos são amplos e todos têm uma bela vista. O banheiro é amplo e o chuveiro é excelente. Detalhe: (i) os "mimos" de banho são de uva, no meu caso, Cabernet Sauvignon. e (ii) os quartos têm nome de uvas. Nada mal para uma viagem focada em vinhos! :) A recepção é atenciosa. No check-in o hóspede é recepcionado com uma taça de vinho (branco ou tinto, a escolher). No quarto, além de um bilhete amigável, deixam uma garrafa de vinho e água para o hóspede de cortesia. As instalações são belíssimas, os jardins, as plantações de uvas, o museu, a vista para as Cordilheiras e a pequena igreja. O responsável por nos atender no café da manhã foi de uma gentileza ímpar. Após o café fez questão de percorrer o imóvel conosco discorrendo um pouco sobre a história do casarão transformado em hotel. Falando em café da manhã, achei bom. Tinha pães, frios, ovos, suco fresco, café e geleias feitas lá mesmo. Acho que a quantidade poderia ser apenas um pouquinho mais generosa. Mas, estava tudo muito gostoso. Existe um restaurante dentro da propriedade para as pessoas que vão apenas para a visitação. Bem, não poderia deixar de almoçar lá. No entanto, acabei me decepcionando com a comida. Apesar do atendimento cortês do garçom, achei a comida sem sabor, sobretudo quando comparada com os demais lugares que já havia conhecido no Chile, no mesmo padrão. De toda forma, recomendo demasiadamente a hospedagem nesse hotel. Voltaria com toda certeza!

Nos encantó el lugar, principalmente el parque enorme con todo el jardín y el bosque, está maravillosamente conservado, las remodelaciones y mantención de la casa es fabuloso.

Lindo Hotel Fazenda
Ficamos apenas uma noite neste hotel. O Hotel fica em uma sede de fazenda antiga, muito bem preservada e cercada por um lindo jardim. O quarto que ficamos era bonito, porém falta ter: frigobar, ar condicionado e se possível uma lareira . O banheiro é moderno, mas é impossível ajustar a temperatura no misturador do chuveiro, a água fica fria ou quente de mais. O café da manhã é a La carte, mas simples demais. Quando resolvemos nos me hospedar em uma Vinicula, esperávamos ter um atendimento mais personalizado e não foi o que encontramos. O atendimento foi muito básico, sem charme, pedimos um translado para o aeroporto e o hotel chamou uma van caindo aos pedaços. Precisam melhorar nos detalhes.

Estimada Marcia, Gracias por su comentario.Las opiniones de nuestros huéspedes son fundamentales para estar en constante mejora. Las habitaciones no cuentan con Aire Acondicionado ya que al ser el Hotel un Patrimonio Histórico Natural la instalación de equipos esta limitada, sin embargo estamos trabajando en el diseño de algún sistema de Aire que debiera estar funcionando en el segundo semestre de este año, en cuanto a las chimeneas, estas están prohibidas en toda la región metropolitana, donde se encentra el Hotel. En prácticamente todos los comentarios que tenemos en otros portales, nuestros huéspedes destacan la atención personalizada del personal del Hotel, llama la atención su comentario por lo que se realizara una investigación interna para detectar que sucedió y cerciorarnos que no vuelva a suceder. En cuanto al medio de transporte, nuestro proveedor de servicios tiene una flota de vehículos nuevos, pero ustedes prefirieron un medio de transporte de menor costo con muy poca antelación, por lo que ante la urgencia y de la mejor voluntad, en Recepción les consiguieron el contacto de algo mas acorde a su presupuesto. Esto fue una transacción entre privados, lo que queda demostrado en que el pago fue directo al conductor y no mediante el Hotel. De todas maneras sus puntos nos ayudan a mejorar nuestro servicios, gracias a ellos hemos mejorado nuestros procedimientos para que situaciones como la descrita no se vuelvan a repetir.
