The service is very good but the room lacks technology upgrades such as charging station and smart TV. The TV is very small and channels provided only have very 2 English channels. So basically no entertainment while we are there. Compare to other hotels that we stayed recently, this one is really basic. However, the concierge service is really excellent and overall experience is good

Wonderful hotel! Staff was so friendly and concierge was very helpful! Great breakfast and work out facilities. Also the shuttle to Shinjuku station was so convenient. I highly recommend the Hilton Tokyo!

I booked a junior suite and needed to request to change the room because of dust mite on the sofa and near the desk. The quality of breakfast is average. Expecting higher standard for a 4 star hotels. Service of the staff are good.
