Swiss-Belresort Pecatu

"We had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belresort Pecatu. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and beaches. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the main street, and being situated along a boulevard makes it easy to find taxis and get around the area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that kept the room nice and cool. Amenities were basic but included everything we needed, such as a hair dryer and mini fridge. One of the best values of this hotel is its affordability. The breakfast buffet was simple but good, offering a variety of options to start the day. Overall, Swiss-Belresort Pecatu is a convenient, comfortable, and budget-friendly choice, but with the characteristic of a larger chain hotel, and we would happily stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel , outstanding in terms of cleanliness , breakfast spread was very diverse, multiple options to choose from, friendly and welcoming staffs. However the cost/ night was ridiculously expensive around the time we were there ( influx of tourist) BTW hotel is NOT directly connected to the beach even though their description says so. You walk past a public parking at the back of the hotel and then walk through sea food vendors / restaurant to get to the beach !"

"Beautiful hotel setting and location. The views of the Indian Ocean were stunning as were the sunsets. Our room was extremely spacious with a private plunge pool. Housekeeping staff visited twice daily and the resort was clean. Our only feedback would be better service at the pool and upgrading the gym. Daily breakfasts were delicious. We had a great time and would highly recommend the resort."

"We were on our honeymoon (at a different hotel) and decided to extend our stay a ONE more day. We wanted a different experience, on a different part of the island, and boy did we get it! The staff was so kind and welcoming, the property was stunning, and the food was fantastic! We loved it soooo much that we extended our trip again, ONE more day after that. I can’t say enough wonderful things, and we are already planning our anniversary trip back next year."

From pre-arrival right through to departure, the entire Umana team consistently delivered warm, genuine, and attentive service. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personalised — the team was always friendly, highly responsive, and truly committed to making the experience seamless and memorable. I would also like to sincerely thank Ary, and Angely for answering my questions prior to my arrival, and Bapak Tofik for his outstanding support throughout my stay. They were prompt in responses, incredibly accommodating, and handled every request with ease. Having breakfast at Commune was also another highlight of my stay. There was a buffet selection plus made-to-order dishes. Everything was excellent, with a great variety of high-quality options, beautifully presented and delicious. The buffet section was not huge but you can always request something you like and the team will try to accommodate."
