"Cute hotel but room cleaning needs improvement. Found dirty used robes hung in our closet. Rather than replacing used towels that were thrown on counter, rehung them."

"The bed was very comfortable. The location and view were great. The included breakfast is very good. There are some misleading information regarding the dinner nights. For example, they sent us an invitation for sushi night with the price of 450k idr per person. The menu included 2 rolls, sashimi, nigiri and sake. When we arrived, the waiter told me you only get 2 pieces of each. A standard roll is 6 to 8 pieces. For a dinner, 8 bites is hardly enough. We walked away. This is rated as a 5 star resort, but its missing some small details. It should Include robes and slippers as staff and tourists can see in your room. The doors are heavy sliders, but there are no handles so you have to push your hands on the glass. Its a great experience, but for me, after being mislead by dinner service, I would explore other options."

"Great place ! Huge rooms with great bathtubs! Stairway to the beach. The whole team is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant and pool have an amazing view and the food is great especially for breakfast! There are cultural performances on the weekends and the Balinese one is really good!! Can’t think of anything to complain about."

"The service and staff at this property are exceptional. They are all extremely considerate, kind, friendly, and extremely customer service oriented. The property is well maintained with a few minor areas showing some aging. I would highly recommend a stay here!"
