excellent hotel in strategic location. but too bad the breakfast was not to my liking. probably that's just me and that's not a deal breaker!

Great staff and wonderful location and venue

We had a delightful time at this resort - the staff were consistently considerate and helpful and anxious to assist. The hotel meals were great, with excellent ambience. The accomodation was very comfortable - luxurious rooms, with wonderful views. We loved the place, and the people! Although the place was a little isolated (the drive to Ubud was 30 minutes or so), that was what we wanted - to get away from it all, in the peaceful surroundings of the quiet forests all around. The staff were all excellent. All were very well trained and made the stay very pleasurable. The upkeep of the facilities were to a very high standard. The restaurants were very good. The rooms were sizable and to a good standard. Only thing i'd say is the upgrade to a partial sea view is not worth it, the standard rooms with facilities probably have nicer views. Highly recommend and will plan to go again.

The service was great, the staff always had a smile for us and was very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, the room was well appointed and the location of the hotel is superb. It has beach access and access to a great walkway that stretches for about 5km and makes for excellent running in the morning. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

Not all staff were helpful in getting us a grab or GoCar and pushed Bluebird which does not offer fixed price and has a bad reputation. Why push it when we specifically ask for other rides. They need to listen to the guests.

Amazing room provided from Bandha Hotels and Resort. Everything went perfectly smooth and beyond expectations. Level of service is amazing, great features such as pool bar, Jacuzzi in bedroom. Even the hotel breakfast is surprising excellent. Strongly recommend to all others.

the hotel is a little hard to find (it's in a small alleyway) but it's very near all the main sights in kuta. The location is superb, smack in the middle of everything...but despite that, the minute you step into the compound, the chaos and noise melts away.

Well equipped gym that is opened 24/7. Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the city. Comfortable rooms with renovated facilities like rain shower, bidet, standing lamp and fall into sleep beds and pillows, with very strong air con in the room. Breakfast is wonderful, with variations each day. Staff most welcoming and obliging. When I had an early morning, reception staff Jefry arrange for takeaway American breakfast ready at 5am. Will stay again if in Jakarta.

Gatot, Nina and their team were lovely. 2nd time at this hotel and with all the options many new springing up in Bali every few months, we still chose to return and were not disappointed. Trans has some of the best in the hotel management industry and we really appreciate the fact that they constantly try to maintain or improve the standard.
