Clean room with excellent, modern touches and conveniences (kettle, mugs, nice linens, etc). Helpful staff. On site restaurant is good for breakfast. Quiet in the evening, which is important!

Amazing property!

It was a fantastic stay! The staffs were friendly and the services they provided were great!! They even surprised us with a birthday cake and sang my boyfriend birthday song. Definitely made our stay with them unforgettable. Will definitely be back again!

Great Hotel for families

Klumpu is a small boutique hotel and has 5 or 6 villas only, so maximum occupancy is limited to about 24. Beautiful lush garden setting, nice pool area and a small restaurant make this a great place to spend a few days in pure tranquility. Very well maintained hotel under dutch management. Good overall value.

Clean environment and very friendly customer service staff.

the hotel is a little hard to find (it's in a small alleyway) but it's very near all the main sights in kuta. The location is superb, smack in the middle of everything...but despite that, the minute you step into the compound, the chaos and noise melts away.

Curator Andhika and team did a fantastic job welcoming us; always with a warm smile and greeting. The ocean view from our room is simply breathtaking. Truly serene atmosphere for our relaxing stay. Would love to stay longer for next visit to explore more nearby cities.

Ametis was one of the bigger villas we have stayed in to date in Bali; the pool is also of a decent size. Located along Batubolong street, it is less than 5 mins walk to the beach and a big selection of good restaurants just outside of the compound. Service in general was just awesome, from the airport transfers to their amazing butler service. We were very happy to have met Mega who was interacting and helping us in many ways during the trip!

Fabulous. Beyond our expectations. Black sand beach (volcanic sand) not accessible at high tide but fabulous anyway. Private pool. Private lounge with tv. Pool table. Staff were very helpful. Massages were awesome.

Absolutely lovely resort. Staff is warm and welcoming. The location is perfect for a relaxing get away. Beach and surfing nearby. Pool. Delicious food. What more could you wish for?

Stayed in a sunrise villa and absolutely loved it. Well appointed villa with a lovely outdoor dining area by the pool. The food was great and service excellent.

The close proximity to the ocean, especially from the Ocean View Villa, with its black sand and impressive waves. Also the staff deserves a special mentioning. We had visited this resort 10 years ago when it had just opened and were pleased to see that it was well maintained, even if the age is visible.

If you ever wanted a hotel so close to Bali airport that you could practically throw your suitcase onto the runway, this is it. Location? Perfect. Sea nearby, airport nearby—basically, you’re winning at geography. The rooms? Awesome. Everything you need, and probably a few things you didn’t know you needed but now can’t live without. The breakfast? Let’s just say it was so good we briefly considered extending our stay just to keep eating. Honestly, probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve had...
