"I was so excited to stay at this property to relax and enjoy the spa. That was not to happen. I can be to blame, but I thought with this being small boutique exclusive villas it would not be an issue booking the spa. I even inquired about the spa several days before my arrival about that retreat, and have an email response there was room. "A really enjoyable hotel with great facilities at a reasonable price. Our room was tidy, clean and well serviced. The food and beverage options were diverse and the standard across the resort was consistent. Our preferred eatery was the Ayodya Beach Club where it was more of a restaurant quality but that’s not to diss any other venues. We didn’t get to them all but what we did have was a good quality. The resorts team were efficient, friendly and willing. While this is true of Bali hospitality the standard was consistent in anyone we interacted with. Definitely a family hotel, but there was enough space particularly with the two pools in the main resort to feel like you quiet the noise. Don’t be afraid to book, it is a pleasant stay."

"Pros: Beautiful hotel with great pool in great location. Well setup for families with kids. Good breakfast although it was the same every day. Staff always friendly and helpful! Cons: Terrible pillows and no option to get any others. I had terrible neck pain the entire duration of the holiday. Could not buy pillows anywhere either.. was considering leaving as could not get any sleep! Even my 6 year old complained about it. Family room balcony (on 4th floor) railing is too low and extremely dangerous. There is chairs on balcony kids climb on. If they do, they will fall off over. Have to pay for everything- tennis, bikes, etc. Where most hotels offer this as free activities."

"We had an amazing stay for 8 nights. The staff are incredible, the food amazing and the pool area and beach club are fantastic. Easy walking distance to shopping. The only one thing that I would find a negative is the noise from other doors closing, the tiled floors make it echo through the hallways. Unfortunately a few inconsiderate people slamming doors between 12-2am was mostly the issue. We will definitely be back next year."

"Stunning property!! Received 2,000,000 IDR credit per day which allowed me to eat and drink for free daily at the many restaurants on site and room service. Every staff member was kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed. Would absolutely recommend."

"This is an interesting place as a hotel it was beautifully maintained, room was dated but still not an issue it was cleaned nice the staff was very nice and the pools and the tamarind restaurant was nice especially the lunch menu the breakfast was great, however where I feel it lacks is presenting the activities they have, I felt like I really had to dig around to find out what they activities they had and they are all paid so expect to spend for the dance and dinner they have I think every night. I would say you’re paying for the beach access which is nice but one thing you should know it’s from 1-2pm and onward the low tide completely takes away the water from that beach so if you want a dip best time is before noon. I would stay here again as I can’t compare to other hotels/resorts in Nusa dua. But aside from a regular hotel experience there isn’t much unless you open your wallet. 4/5 stars I would say this property is very beautiful and every angle you look it’s gorgeous and the beach access is amazing so for that I would recommend!"

"Loved it. The sunrise view on the beach was stunning. The location was great too. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The room was spacious, looking out to the pool & d beach. I didn’t like the musky smell when I first entered the room. I swam at the beach but the water was not clean & smelled of gasoline. I think from the boats nearby. Thank you. Great hotel overall."
