"As a tourist, we were disappointed that we had to pay for an airport shuttle. Usually these are free when staying at an airport hotel. It was cheaper to take an Uber for 3 to the airport than use the shuttle."

"We only stayed overnight between flights but was great for our time there. It was an easy 12 minute walk to/from the airport and communication made directions and check in very easy. We were given drink vouchers but the cafe wasn’t open during the hours we were there so couldn’t use them. Room and bathroom were decently sized. Shower was very hot with good water pressure. Didn’t hear a lot of noise, though the smoke alarm above the bed flashed which was slightly annoying when trying to sleep. Apart from that, the stay was great for our brief time."

"The kids loved the pool and the fitness center was very nice. We took a 20 minute Uber to Sydney Harbor. Coming home we took the train to Mascot station and then walked 20 minutes back to the hotel. It was a short 7 minute Uber to the airport. There is also a $12 per person shuttle to/from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. My 10 year old son slept on the couch that converted to a small bed."
