Really loved all the extras this property offers- laundry in room, kitchen, and we managed to use the sauna before it closed for the evening which i appreciated as we had a long flight back to Canada the next day. Some of the amenities seem very new and up to date, but a few things need replacing. Beds, kitchen etc; were super clean! However we found a used bandaid in the shower sitting on top of the soap dispenser.

The kids loved the pool and the fitness center was very nice. We took a 20 minute Uber to Sydney Harbor. Coming home we took the train to Mascot station and then walked 20 minutes back to the hotel. It was a short 7 minute Uber to the airport. There is also a $12 per person shuttle to/from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. My 10 year old son slept on the couch that converted to a small bed.

Initially I had some issues with the room I booked as cleanliness wasn’t up to par. After communicating it to the staff members, they acted fast and was very helpful to cater it to my needs. Received a room upgrade as well. Commendable on staff for correcting and supporting the customers needs quickly. Room amenities were good. If you take public transport, this location might not be ideal as the commute to public transport takes a bit of walking time. However, the hotel provides necessary services for those.

The check in process was not good. Clearly they did not have a room allocated. This took time and I took a room where the dryer did not work (this was OK because I did not need it). Also all of my details from Expedia did not flow through to the booking. The other issue was the internet. Most hotels these days fast internet is free. This hotel I had to pay for a week to get high speed even though I there only for two nights. That is not as good as it should be. I did give some feedback about the check in and the hotel responded promptly with an apology and a free bottle of wine

The hotel was generally good, with a quiet and convenient location and easy access to the domestic airport. The bed was comfortable, and overall, it was a pleasant place to stay. However, the check-in experience was frustrating. I had paid for parking, but this had not been registered in the hotel’s system, so I had to email the confirmation. I had also booked a two-bedroom room but was initially given a studio instead. Although I was eventually moved to the correct room, one of the bedrooms was locked, and it took another hour and a half after check-in for someone to come and unlock it. After a long journey, I was tired and disappointed to have to spend so much time sorting out these issues. A smoother check-in process and better room preparation would have made a big difference to my stay.
