We were very tired when we got to the hotel in the evening and happy that the restaurant was open, quiet, and we were able to have a good meal and relax. We realized when we arrived that we had left a bag on the shutle from the airport. The manager on duty called the shuttle for us and asked them to bring the bag in on their next trip. He then made a point to find us in the dining room to let us know that the bag had arrived and was being held for us. He could not have been more professional and helpful to us. Our room was comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes or needs to stay near the airport.
