Very convenient to the train station and walkable to centre of town. There is access to a great gym and sauna across the street for a moderate fee. Coffee not available until 7:30 am but there is a coffee machine across the street.

The hotel was in great location and it appears new, great breakfast , close to beaches and close to bus station

Our A/C didn’t work in the room. We complained and nothing happened. They said that they will send someone to the room to check it and pretty sure they didn’t. They did not offer us to change rooms or any solution to this matter. We weren’t satisfied for the money we paid.

This was probably our worst hotel experience in our trip to Bulgaria. Rooms never cool off from the AC. We changed few rooms and it was all the same. The AC is pretty much a joke. We had to be creative to create somewhat pleasant atmosphere. We had to close the shades to keep it somewhat cool. Then there is this horrible smell from the sewers from the bathroom. We had to cover all of them with objects to keep it away. Breakfast was cheap. Cheap quality produce and ingredients. We completely skipped it our second day. Overall, I won’t recommend.

New and modern design. Clean and lovely staff. The central air conditioning only works for heating or cooling. It was a hot night when we were here, the aircons doesn't cool. I had to open the window to get fresh air. Then the room was infested by mosquitoes because there was no screen on the window. It was a horrible night.

average, ok for a short stay.
Location is nice, service is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is ok. Overall very clean room and toilet. Bed comfort however is just marginal, with high pillows and average matteras. The shades only lightly obscure the light from the big windows, and you will hear some noise from the Hotel's resto until after dinner time. No complementary bottled water in the room, coffee ot tea.

The best sea view
Wonderful brand new hotel with the best sea view ever. Breakfast in a restaurant right on the harbor. Couldn't ask for more ay this modest price. This is when you like the city but don't want to go out of the room. Amazing
