The hotel is off from the main road and so quiet and relaxing, cannot fault it. Not far from town , walking !!!

Best Western Buriram is a clean, basic amenities property. It served its purpose well for a one night stay prior to air travel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly!! The neighborhood is a little tricky to navigate if you’re not familiar with the area, but we felt safe regardless.

My room internet and phone did not work. I had to change room. The 2nd room internet didn't work either. The had to change the router. However overall experience is good. Staff is really friendly.

I got this hotel because of the airline pickup. The hotel is nice. Great restaurant and overall service. The only complaint I have is about the air conditioner being noisy and not working well. I wasn’t there long enough to complain about it.

Still good value but wifi very bad
I have stayed here many times previously and since it first opened a few years ago. There are only a few signs of age. The breakfast buffet is excellent value for the price of the stay. The rooms are spacious enough. The staff are all friendly and helpful. My major complaint is the wifi. I stayed in room 2205 and it kept dropping out. Also it was very slow. I spent much of my 2 week solo stay needing wifi so it was a big problem for me. The best way round it was to sit in the restaurant all day where the wifi was 80%-90%. They need to spend a bit of money on in-room routers or alternatively upgrade to more powerful routers in the corridors. Room 2205 was in middle of the two routers in the corridor hence the problem.

Good stay at Best Western
We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western. The rooms are a good size and well equipped. The breakfast is excellent and there is a nice swimming pool. However, the internet was not great.

Great stay
Had a great stay and had no problem with hotel. The room rate was good as was the drinks and the food. The staff were alternative and pleasant and provided a great service. The hotel is on a busy main road but it wasn't too bad for traffic noise which I thought it might have been. It has a small but functioal pool which was great for the daughter and had seating either inside or outside by the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Upon check in I walked into the room with my wife. All was fine. Then I went into the bathroom and noticed what looked like to be a used dirty drinking glass in there. We weren't sure. Then I picked up the second "clean" drinking glass and a liquid dripped down the side of the inside and it smelled disgusting like beer. The cleaning lady didn't put clean drinking glasses there. I went to reception with the glasses and they seemed surprised and let me change rooms...Everything else about the hotel is fine but this is the second time I have stayed here and had housekeeping issues. Good food and staff in the restaurant.

Slow Wi-fi now.
3rd time we’ve stayed at BW Buriram. Everything is fine, rooms clean, staff really helpful. Nice pool for an inner city hotel. The only thing that was annoying compared to our previous stays is that the Wi-fi is now very slow.

Nice stay!
Lovely stay at Best Western! The room was small but comfy and had all the usual amenities you would expect. The breakfast was good, swimming pool nice, the staff friendly and efficient and overall excellent value for money!

Always stay in this hotel when visiting Buriram, Been staying for about 5 years since first opened. But now it is going downhill. The rooms are looking shabby especially the shower rooms (need steam cleaning). Internet unobtainable in room 1305 so I asked to move and was given room 1302. Persistant router problem was the cause, one working and one not working along the corridor. Wifi no good in restaurant. Staff polite but do not seem to have any management. Ran out of red wine (5 litre box Mont Clair available in Tesco Lotus) and maybe because I saw staff give last box to friend without money changing hands the night before. White towels and torn bed linen are probably the originals from when the hotel first opened it's doors Still the price is very reasonable, the buffet breakfast is one of the best value that I have eaten, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Also only a 10 minute walk from the bus station which saves getting 'ripped off' by the no meter taxi meter cabs !! All in all....I will probably stay again next time.....but it may also be my last.

Not what it used to be
We stay here every year but this year we noticed the rooms were showing there age for example the two arm chairs were not clean. The WiFi was up and down sometimes it worked peak hours it struggled coupled with a log in that you end up doing many times as it timed out, the breakfast used to be superior now it’s sverage with poor quality bacon beans potatoes and tomatoes all on alternative days never together. There are now a large number of hotels in Buriram so time for a change.

Regarding price worthy - Best Hotel in town. Central, good facilities, good parking, good breakfast. I like all ;-) and since I complained about the missing English NEWS and MOVIE Channel in the last years, they have now both, even HBO. Well.

Difgicult to find hotel as no signage direcly visibke from main road. Decor a bit odd! Reception service was quick and simple, breakfast was good with a big selection for a small hotel. Room was clean with good bathroom but no english channels on tv which did not bother us but may others. Pool was pretty small the plastic loungers could have done with some padding.

This is a new hotel so its very clean. The buffet breakfast was lovely hot and freshly cooked. The only downside I found was the mattress was a bit hard. The swimming pool small and situated between buildings so no sunbathing.

Nice modern hotel with a good pool, good breakfast
This was a 3 day stay in Buriram, a small market town. The hotel is on the southern side. A small area of bars is located centrally (around the Bamboo Bar). The other bars here are quite lively. Hotel provides a minibus for a small charge. A second bar (Paddys Bar) is located on the east side of town, walking distance from Bamboo Bar. A quieter bar. There is a small complex of bars and restaurants approx 400m from the hotel, live music, sports screens, food etc. The bars etc here are Thai orientated (obviously) but you will have a good night, I really enjoyed this area. The Pnom Rung ancient temple is about 45 minutes drive, worth a visit.

Nice hotel.
Very nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. All can understand English especially if you speak slowly. Be aware, Buriram does not have the proliferation of taxis and motor cycle taxis common to Bangkok, so getting around for a foreigner can be difficult.
