Moreover, the service (shout out to Harley in particular!) is what has brought us back twice in 2 years, with his great personal recommendations for restaurants and what to do in the area. This trip, Harley took the time to help us book an airport van for our large group and assisted in ensuring the best rooms for our stay. But it was even after our stay that the service stood out. My husband had left some personal belongings, and Harley made sure they were found and dispatched quickly to our next hotel in Seoul. When the package came, it included our child's item as well, which we hadn't even realized was missing! Thank you to Harley and team for taking care of us. We'll look forward to our next stay!"

"This is a no frills hotel. The elevator was fast the desk staff was friendly. Very well located. The cleaning service was top notch. The beds are stiff. And the listing said there is laundry on site. There is not. View was good. Window opened all the way which was great for letting some fresh air in. Great stay. "
