Dunsborough also features many activities for children, such as a petting zoo and a large fun park, Xscape at the Cape.

Meelup Beach is a one of the most treasured beaches in the Margaret River Wine Region. Relax on the fine white sand or enjoy a picnic in the nearby grassy areas. With sparkling calm water, Meelup Beach is perfect for snorkelling and swimming. Rent a paddleboard or kayak and explore this picturesque bay.

Geographe Bay is one of the best whale-watching areas in Australia. Book a charter to try and spot majestic southern right, humpback, minke and blue whales migrating from the Antarctic. The female whales are known to rest and nurse their young in Geographe Bay from September to early December.

Stop at Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse for stunning panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, Cape Naturaliste and Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park. This historic limestone lighthouse is about 123 metres (400 feet) above sea level and offers guided tours and an observation area.

Dunsborough is located 46 kilometres (29 miles) north of Margaret River and 24 kilometres (15 miles) west of Busselton. Stay in oceanfront apartments and cottages in Dunsborough.
