"Up side: Friendly staff, clean room and had nice amenities like a refrigerator, microwave and toiletries. Are seemed safe overall and unlike the fact that the rooms are inside a building and not an exterior corridor. Down side: bathroom was outdated and though it was clean, there were something’s such as the shower and mirror that could benefit from replacing. Also construction started at about 0845."

"Parking garage on property $20 overnight. Room was ready early. Was offered a glass of champagne while checking in , check-in was easy. Hotel room was immaculately cleaned fresh new amenities in the room, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided in the shower. Coffee pot in the room staff was great to work with. They have a bar and restaurant on site. Couldn’t go wrong for going to a concert at Shoreline, which is in walking distance less than a mile. It’s my go to place."

"Overall nice hotel, nice rooms, good food. I booked rooms with breakfast for 1 (per room). Same rates same booking. The front desk seemed confused about it but after printing my booking off said it was ok. In the morning 2 breakfasts were covered and two only had $15 vouchers. Hotel staff were very unhelpful trying to sort it and said “it’s a third party booking you have to deal with them” and seemed satisfied with that. It’s been a week now and lots of back and forth with Expedia. Still unresolved. Will be considered a great stay overall if this breakfast is covered as it was advertised, booked and paid to be all included. But still the hassle is no fun."

"Went for our honeymoon. Had a fantastic time. I ordered a charcuterie board to our room. After we arrived we went to our room dropped off our bags and walked around the property with some drinks. When we came back to the room there was chocolate covered strawberries, the charcuterie board and a bottle of champagne. The champagne and strawberries were on the house. It may be a small thing, but it was very special."
