Had some difficulties beyond their control with power outages and a scary elevator moment plus noise from construction nearby so it wasn’t as quiet as we’d hoped but again, beyond anyone’s control. "When we arrived, we notified the staff that my husband had a recent knee injury and we asked for a room as close as possible since he is using a walker. They accommodated the request which meant he had less walking to do. Staff are all very professional and helpful. We have stayed here multiple times now, and will continue to make this our go-to hotel when we cruise out of Long Beach."
