"Very clean and comfortable. No frills and no view, but if that doesn't matter to you this place is great. El Ganzo across the street has a great rooftop pool with a view - you can get a day pass.
The food at the restaurant is good and very inexpensive. "

"If you are looking for a pool, this is not your place, they do not have one. If you are looking for a great place in the heart of the art district, walking distance to everything, clean, great rooms and wonderful staff, this is your place.super affordable and all you need! On top of that, they have free underground gated parking! They also have beach towels at the front desk. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."
"The room was very clean when we first came to our room and every morning the house keepers would come in and clean up the room. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Some people who come to my head are Juan David and Miguel the waiters outside,Axel from the front of the hotel greeting us and helping us get transportation and Margarita with her friendly personality greeting us to go into breakfast."
"Acre was amazing! In October I do recommend booking the treehouse WITH AC as it would have been miserably hot at night without it. Wonderful staff, fantastic food, great pool, all in a beautiful jungle setting with the songs of nature. They light incense at night to gently perfume the air. My guy caught a mahi mahi and the chef kindly prepared it for our dinner. Go see Lencho for a fantastic horseback ride and don’t forget to visit the Acre Dogs rescue!"
"Spa was great. Had a really good massage. Loved going to the pool, Alberto was the best waiter!!!, the room was a bit loud unfortunately. Wasn’t really able to sleep in due to the noise. But the resort itself is gorgeous as well as the amenities such as the pool. Really close to the town and the art walk was amazing!!! Ubers are easily accessible. "
