"I will never book this place again. The receptionist was questioned my American Express Card and stated after examining it several passed it back to me and insinuated it was fake. I told her she was welcome to call And verify its and my validity she stated my name was not on the Card. Some of the letters were worn somewhat. So I stated again she was free to verify thru AE as I stated early. Then she took the car back without verifying shoved back at me . Know I understand their need fo security around payment but I did ecpect the rudeness and accusations. "

"The website says coffee between 6-11am but it was NEVER ready that early! Luckily there are several restaurants/gas station nearby! The carpet on the stairs is discussing and needs to be replaced. And for non-smoking rooms, the curtains smell like ashtrays! "

"Hotel rooms have a lingering smell coming from the carpet and walls. Standard breakfast every morning was only upside. Would not recommend. "

"We did not end up getting our hot tub room but room was clean staff was nice and breakfast was really good "
