    fantastic 3-day break with excellent price from Expedia.No need to get a room upgrade as they are all just as good as one another. If you require a breakfast book in a 'deal' otherwise expensive as is the restaurant. The bistro at the hotel provides much better value. Visit between Oct-March and get 5-star luxury for a very cheap price indeed. We return year after year and sometimes two or three times. The spar is outstanding (all free except treatments) as are several pools . The smart move is to book a package that includes breakfast and eat other meals in the bistro.…

    The room was a very nice size. Equipped with coffee maker, minibar, and other convenient amenities. The bathroom is very functional and spacious and the towels are awesome. The bed very comfortable. Only minus was the heat which cannot be regulated. BUT. If you want quiet, this is not the place for you. I opened the door to the balcony as it was so hot in the room, only to find that the street noise, even though I was on the 7th floor, is still considerable. Even when I closed the balcony door the singing revelers celebrating until the wee hours of the morning came through loud and clear. While I found it amusing, others may find it equally annoying. The walls between rooms are well insulated though if that's any consolation. The full-service restaurant in the hotel is not great, particularly when there are so many other outstanding food offerings throughout Palma. I did not try the self-catering, buffet-style spot which is the other eating alternative found within the hotel. Can't say this is the best hotel in the world but it was pleasant enough. …
