"This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at! The staff and customer service at the hotel was beyond exceptional and we were treated so well for the stay from check in to check out. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was ideal, located so close to shops and attractions, while still being tucked away in a quiet street - the best of both worlds. And also the restaurant and breakfast was spectacular! Highly highly recommend! They made our stay at Palma so memorable and lovely. "
