"Great place to stay in Palma! Some of the best hospitality I’ve received in a longtime. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Carried my luggage for me, parked my car, made dinner reservations. Enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine while I went through my check in. Gorgeous hotel as well with a restaurant on the Michelin guide. If you’re staying in Palma and want experience luxury, stay here! "

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel’s facilities are modern and well maintained, and its location is excellent (just a short walk from the beach). Breakfast and dinner were standout highlights: tasty, fresh, and with plenty of choice each day. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing, making it easy to unwind.
