"Excellent hotel with amazing staff and services. Everything from location to easy access to transportation. Pharmacy next door, supermarket and bus stop a very short walk away. Maintenance at this hotel is the best I have ever seen. Staff are always at hand and are greeting you with smiles and asking if you need anything to please you. We lacked nothing. Beds were very comfortable and very spacious rooms. Front desk coordinated tours and taxis and everything was seamless. This is a very high quality hotel with attention to detail. The name JS Palma Stay should read JS Palma Stay Forever because you won’t want to leave, Lastly, they made us feel special and we thank them for that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The hotel was really lovely, immaculately clean in all areas.All the staff were helpful,friendly and would go out of their way to help in anyway they could. Room was spacious and we appreciated the hot shower and breakfast was good too.Would go back.It has a good central position next to shops,bars and restaurants. "
