"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"We checked in and the whole process was incredibly relaxed, handed over our passports and relaxed with a nice glass of prosecco. The rooms are immaculately cleaned and really well equipment (although we didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities it had everything!), the air con worked a treat and everything was really comfortable. We loved going to the sun terrace on the room each day after walking around Palma for 360 views of the city and cooling off in the pool! We were expecting a really nice stay, but we were actually surprised when we got there as the pictures don’t do a lot of it justice, the rooms, lobby, halls and roof terrace were a lot nicer than we thought they would be - We’d definitely come back!"

"Our room was very large, one bedroom and big living room with pull out sofa. 1 big full bathroom and a second bathroom with toilet and sink. We also had a terrace. Perfect for myself and two grown children. The breakfast is very good. Beautiful location on Placa Cort, can walk to everything. Staff was very welcoming and helpful."

Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Parking is close but not linked to hotel, and spaces are too small for a standard sized car. Overall a pleasant stay."

There are no amenities )toothbrush, toothpaste, shower, cap, etc.) in the room, bring your own items but other than that, that’s the only negative. Will definitely come back!"

"One of the nicest hotels with the best staff I have ever stayed at and far from the most expensive. My one critique is their 3rd party providers. The massages they offer are a 3rd party off site and werent great (especially for the price) and the car rental companies they reccomend add some hidden fees. Everything about the property, room and internal staff were top notch."
