The hotel is in such a lovely quite setting, and all of the guests have plenty of space to do what they would like to do, despite the hotel itself not having that may rooms. "A fabulous stay. Resort spotless, beautiful kept grounds and peaceful and quiet. Taxi rank outside for convenience. Staff attentive and nothing is a problem for them. "The whole process has been faultless, the Serena Villa staff have been very helpful and communication has been excellent. When we arrived at the villa it was dark, it was easy to find and the parking space directly outside the villa was great, and the villa numbers are illuminated. In entering the villa, the cool air conditioning was welcoming. The villa itself is amazingly clean and comfortable, with some hidden and unknown areas, like the third floor subtract with sunlounger and table with false lawn covered flooring, accessed by a spiral staircase from the main bedroom, along with a seated/small table area overlooking the pool. This villa was absolutely beautiful inside and out, the photos don’t do it justice, and the kitchen and utility room is well stocked with everything you need. There is an Aldi 7 minutes drive away, there is a closer supermarket if preferred. The villa is situated close enough, but far enough away, we had a hire car from Top Car, which we toured the whole island. We will definitely be back."
