"This is advertised as a 5 Star property. However, there were a number of disappointing issues: A number of the on site restaurants were closed, the Wi-Fi in the room stopped working half way through our holiday, the 'Fun Pub' was only open between 20:00 & Midnight and was closed completely on Wednesday & Friday. The squash court was closed and the two treadmills were in a poor state of repair."

"Near to most things the island has to offer. Food was varied each night. Pools kept in good condition. Rooms were neat and cleaned each day. Staff were excellent and multilingual. Would stay here again, the value for money is excellent."

"This hotel is absolutely lovely. Amazing rooms, staff are super friendly. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The location is great and the promenade is the perfect place to take a stroll into the marina and beyond. We will 100% be returning. Thank you Mirador x"

"On arriving, our room had a small flood (leaking from the boiler) However, the staff were very good, and put us in another room. The very next day they had replaced the boiler with a new one and we were back in our original room. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and very spacious, and situated in a way that every apartment had its own privacy space. Staff very helpful. Bus stop directly outside that ran every 30 minutes to the centre of Playa Blanca and was only €1.40."

"Great experience again. Made very welcome at check-in. Early flight so went to reception couple of hours before check-in time and completed paperwork. Received call when villa ready, excellent service. Villa spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen and pool area. Private parking. Great location for marina area shops, restaurants and the market. Same villa as last time, same excellent stay. Shall return again."

"Love spacious clean room and bathroom with lovely sea view. Staff all friendly and helpful. We stayed bed & breakfast and the breakfast choice and quality was fantastic. Plenty space around the pool and the entertainment team were good fun. Cant wait to go back 😎"
