"We arrived at 3:00 PM (check in was at 4) we were told that our room was ready and completed the full check in process. However, they would not give us a room key until 4 unless we agreed to a $50 charge. I told them to pound sand. Not a nice way to run a business. Over the years, we have stayed at various Best Western properties more than 50 times. "

I didn’t use the pool or hot tub because the water had a green tint so wasn’t sure if it was over chlorinated or the pool was dirty. The room was recently remodeled but the AC unit didn’t seem to be updated. It was about 90 degrees in Calistoga during my stay, so I turned on the AC. "My ground floor room had one privacy glass window that I could not see out of making it feel a little cave-like. I was only staying for one night, otherwise I would have asked to be moved. This is a classic place that shows its age. The bathroom and shower could use a deep cleaning. I did enjoy the natural spring water hot tub which was large enough for many people. The free coffee delivery along with a piece of fruit and banana bread was a really nice touch at my specified time. There are great...

"I would definitely stay here again. The continental breakfast was full of fresh fruit, pastries and yogurt and literally waiting at your door first thing in the morning. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room faced a busy street but there were no issues with traffic noises at all. Lots of great restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Please check them out."
