"FOH and F&B staff were great. Shout out to Alonzo and Jeff at Truss. Top notch. Disappointing that Auro ( Michelin star) is not open Sunday through Wednesday. Pool on Sunday, next to no service, had to put up umbrella and get towels. Kids pool for kids 1year -to 15 years is 30" deep and was 94 degrees. Asked if there was a problem with the heater , never got an answer. Asked if the kids could cool off in the other pool ( it was 84) steps and got the brush off. Watched the pool bartender make me a gin/tonic at the pool, he pours the gin and tonic water in a bare glass with no ice and hands it to me. I just laugh and tell him he forgot something. Ulisis was the pool manager on Monday , did a good job. The rooms are very nice. the downside for our family is that there are no double queen rooms, they are actually double beds. The queens would easily fit, I think the hotel owners ( not 4 seasons) are discouraging anyone with a family of 4 from staying at the hotel. For a couple, It's very nice. Not sure I'd go back with a family, given the bed and pool situation. Given the emptiness of the property, I think the customers are sending a message and management should listen. "

" Beautiful property. Felt very intimate and unique. Our room was large and decorated so thoroughly. We were here in shoulder season so a lot of property maintenance going on so it was noisy on the property. Tree trimming and leaf blower etc. I highly recommend. Staff was great. Wonderful value for the money. "

"My husband and I always stay at Aurora Park Cottages when visiting Calistoga. We love the privacy of each cottage. Parking is directly in front of your cottage with your own asigned parking spot. It is always quiet and the amenities provided are perfect for a beautiful stay in Napa Valley. Each morning we are brought a basket of fresh pastries, fruit and juice. There is a coffee maker with coffee grounds and everything you need for a great cup of coffee in the morning. Each cottage has a mini fridge and microwave as well with the exception of the two bedroom cottage. This cottage has a full kitchen. Great for traveling with a family or multiple couples. Although there is a check in and check out time, the owner always calls thebday before and asks when you may be coming in. She tries to accommodate the time you arrive versus being a stickler to the check in and check out time. We have always checked out before 11am, and have never had any issues or felt rushed out the door with knocking maids. We even get pastries, fruit and juice on the day of our departure. Aurora Park is absolutely my favorite. It feels like home away from home. Highly recommend."

"This Inn was wonderful. First, the price is a bargain - particularly for the area. It is only two blocks from the main downtown street. Very quiet, nice spa and pool, robes and pool towels were free. We found the continental breakfast to our liking. We don't like a huge breakfast, as the dining in the area is superb. We were there three nights and will definitely return. We have stayed at several Calistoga inns and B&B's over the past 35 years and we found The Inn on Pine will always be our future Calistoga destination."
