"My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The food was always fresh and delicious, the stuff is very friendly and nice (especially our cleaning lady). Amenities were good too. We mostly were outside during the day and didn’t attend the night show as the baby was sleeping. However, my sister was staying her family too and she was able to go out and she liked it."

"Excellent Staff & Delicious Food
One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly, hardworking, and professional staff. Our room was cleaned daily, towels and sheets were changed regularly, and the minibar was replenished with water and non-alcoholic drinks.
Special thanks to Kamila, the restaurant chef, Ali at reception, and the wonderful chefs, waiters, and bartenders for their welcoming and positive service. I truly appreciated their efforts to make guests feel comfortable.
I was disappointed, however, to see some guests -russians treating hardworking hotel employees disrespectfully. Hospitality staff deserve the same courtesy and respect they provide to their guests.
The restaurant was another highlight, offering a delicious and diverse selection of Turkish, Italian, Greek, European, and international cuisine, including familiar favourites such as burgers, fries, and onion rings. The variety was perfect for an international hotel and allowed us to enjoy both authentic Turkish flavours and familiar dishes. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere made dining a very enjoyable part of our vacation. The hotel provided security and staff supervision, which gave us a sense of comfort and safety while spending time by the sea. My main recommendation for the hotel administration would be to increase the number of available sun loungers on the beach. During busy periods, it could be difficult to find a comfortable place to relax."
"Very luxurious hotel however the appeal is meant to be in the food however you can’t get bookings in the restaurants. No mocktails available at dinner. Not worth the additional cost for all inclusive here for non drinkers."
"Amazing holiday. Staff were so kind. My partners 50th birthday happened while we were away. They made him a cake, brought wine and balloons withoit prompting. Blown away by the food and service. The cleaning staffw were also wonderful.

"The hotel has its own well-equipped beach, a very green area where anyone can find a quiet place to chill or enjoy the daily evening show. Our sea view room was also facing mountains to enjoy sunsets.

"We had a lovely stay at the qinn hotel, staff were very helpful, rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels given.
We stayed in the qinn suite it was well worth the money waking up to the amazing sea views and tauras mountains was breathtaking.
On arrival we were greated by Ayhan one of the staff who showed us yo our rooms and carried our luggage, if we needed anything he would help all the time.
We have stayed at this hotel twice this year and would definitely visit again."
