Really enjoyed the stay. All the staff was very friendly and caring. Booked the ocean view villa, was amazed how clean the pool and the garden was. (Not even a leaf in the water at all time). Special shoutout to Suong in the fresh restaurant, she is so attentive and caring with a big smile. Will definitely return to this property if I ever visit cam Ranh again. Thank you for the relaxing stay!

Beautiful property. The pool villa was spacious and comfortable, with strong enough air-con despite the heat on sunny days. The food at Fresh restaurant was great, especially the vietnamese options. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though they will benefit from more experience. Overall a great place to chill out.

Everything are pretty good but the room is pretty old and the shower head leaking water everywhere, and we have a hard time to shower when others are shower as well

Superb resort. Free buggy service to everywhere in the resort. Room is large and clean. Breakfast and lunch (included in hideaway package) is also good with a wide variety of food. Daily complimentary spa is excellent. Only downside is that it is far from city center and complimentary shuttle bus only runs 2 times a day. More shuttle buses will be more convenient for guests to explore city center.

We stayed here for one night before flying out to HCMC. Hubby and I have been travelling all over Asia the past 5 weeks and we felt the most relaxed and rejuvenated during our stay here. We booked our room last minute but the staff were super accommodating and made the check-in process very smooth. Joe took care of us upon and arrival and departure. We were upgraded to the Ocean View suite which was very spacious and the view was amazing. The food here really took us by a surprise as everything we ordered was so tasty and fresh, whether it was a Western or Asian dish. Joe was very friendly and sweet as everyone else at the front desk. We felt our stay was not long enough and we did not want to leave but will definitely be back!

Beautiful Resort and Amazing Staff The resort is beautiful with an exceptional staff. We stayed at the Premier Hydaway Pool Villa and it was an clean and peace room for us. Airport pick up which was complimentary with our room was very comfortable and the resort also provides a free bus shuttle to downtown. The front desk assisted us throughout our stay and they were absolutely amazing! They called us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and they greeted us every morning at breakfast. They seemed to sincerely care for the guests. Thank you all the staff members at Fusion resort for an amazing trip.

We had ả fantastic honeymoon. The place is gorgeous. The staff were super helpful. We loved the eco friendly farm and philosophy. The included daily massage was a joy and the hide out area for yoga exquisite. We can’t recommend it enough!

Summary of bad and good things
Bad and good things listed below: -Massage that is included in the stay should be 50min, however, in reality you only get 35-40min which was a disappointment -The interior of the only restaurant they have is not nice and is not consistent with the architecture of the rest of the resort for some reason. Feels a bit like you're sitting inside some winter house in the Alps. It's very windy in Cam Ranh so you need to be lucky with the weather conditions to be able to sit outside -Breakfast buffet could have been done much better. After been staying at other hotels in Nha Trang, this breakfast buffet was much smaller and not the same quality -The hotel seems to be newly renovated and as such very clean and modern, and on the downside no genuinity -There were surprisingly few people at the hotel, the restaurant was almost empty in the evenings -Cam Ranh is not a very nice area. Just a lot of hotels along the beach (can't swim in water) and nothing genuine about it +We were upgraded from a Chic Suite to a Pool Villa which was very nice. You could also order food and beverages which they delivered to your villa +Friendly staff but in general poor English. Vietnamese hotel staff are in general very friendly but when it comes to thinking outside the box or solving problems it gets tougher and they don't always know how to handle it is my experience +Very nice room, however the bed was not the most comfortable one +They timed the room cleaning with the massage time, very professional

We really liked the property area and the spa. The area is beautiful, quiet and clean. The spa service was excellent - you could really tell they were trying to do everything to keep the guests happy. We also got a room upgrade with a private pool, which was a very nice and pleasant surprise. Service and the restaurant were most disappointing. One day they forgot to clean our room, every time we needed something we had to call minimum 3 times, and received an apology only once. A few things in the room were broken. At the restaurant, the quality of the food was some of the worst we ate in Vietnam, plus there was no single time that they didn’t forget/mix up something in our order. At times I had to wait until they re-make my food while my husband was finishing his plate. The staff kept on asking whether we liked the food and whether everything was great, even after these incidents, and when we’d mention something, they just didn’t really say anything, acknowledged it or apologized for it. They just said ok and carried on like nothing happened. That felt very rude, and I think at a hotel like this is just unacceptable.

Nice resort
Great hotel with extremely friendly staff! The entrance view was breathtaking, and the pool by the breakfast restaurant was really nice. The beach was not good for swimming when we stayed, but otherwise I would have loved if they have 2 time slots for the shuttle going into town instead of just 1 at this time.

Wonderful. Being treated like a King & Queen
The resort is so beautiful, all villas have private pool and yard. The staffs are very careful in everything and very friendly. Massages are included. The beach is not nice, but it is ok we still can enjoy our vacation without going to the beach. Staying there need a car to go around because there are nothing nearby. No restaurants or coffees nearby or have a car or must stay and eat only in the resort.

The electricity supply is out of order for almost an hour. Staff said because too many peoples. That’s truth, if you would like to have a real silent place. This is not an option. We book a villa which have 2 floor and we lived in ground floor, understand business is business, the upper floor was booked by another family which keep have someone running on my head which really annoying. And due to too many booking, the restaurant inside is even hotter than outside, the air conditioner seems not working and make us can’t breath and stay long in the restaurant. But the line for calling room service is very busy, it need to keep redail at least for 5mins during breakfast time. And the spa is really soso, prefer Thailand. The good thing is the beach and the staff are very nice. As we really want a relaxing place where not so many people, prefer Da Nang in the future. May be the tourism of Nha Trang not mature as Da Nang??

The hardware of the resort is fantastic, from the entrance, reception, restaurants, pools to the villas. Although it is away from the city centre, the regular shuttle service brought much convenience for getting around. All staff are friendly and helpful, but there is a great room for improvement in terms of communications. We are disappointed about a number of arrangements caused by communication breakdown. On our arrival day, the airport shuttle did not come as reserved, which already did not leave a good impression to us. After we checked in, we requested for the city shuttle service on the next day (the 17:30 one), but the staff told us that there was no record when we tried to get on the bus the next day. Third, on the 2nd night, we called up the operator to make a spa appointment for two on the 3rd day; when we arrived the spa centre, the staff there told us that there was no appointment record, which really ruined our plan! Besides, we approached the reception to request for a flower bath on the 3rd night; and when we came back at night, there was no set-up in our bathtub! Lastly, we were also disappointed that late check-out could not be arranged. Totally understand that it is subject to room availability, however we asked to extend check-out till 1 p.m. on our arrival day, eventually we were only told on our departure day that late check-out (1hr extension indeed) could not be arranged. Spa service was great! Plenty of food options as well. Rooms were very spacious. Staff were attentive. Beautiful resort overall!

Perfect Place for Couples
Very nice and quiet resort. Everything was perfect including view, food, spa, staff and the gym. Did not want to leave.
