"Nice hotel in a beautiful and large garden, nicely decorated. My room and bathroom were quite beautiful but very dark. The lamps did not help much. Breakfast was slightly limited and served only until 10 am. Communication with most staff was very difficult due to their lack of English. Pool area was beautiful."
"The place was quiet and peaceful. I was able to relax and enjoy the forest environment and leave the stressful city life behind. It was fun to stay in a tent than the traditional hotel style."
"The property is close to Angkor Wat which was great because we had a sunrise tour. The host and family were super nice they made us breakfast each morning and were willing to help drive us whenever we needed it."
"We booked this hotel with free breakfast for five nights. When we arrived at there, a front desk lady immediately tried to sell us a tour package for the Angkor ruins. We didn't purchase it right away. She also told us there was no free breakfast. The next day we bought a three-day Angkor tour plan from a nice front desk gentleman. He said we missed this morning's breakfast. We were confused why the lady told us there was no free breakfast. Later we double-checked the web site we booked from and...
"This is my third time in Siem Reap and this hotel is the best! It is very close to Angkor Wat and the owner and his daughter are super friendly and make sure you have a pleasant stay! The room is huge and the bathroom is even bigger! Finally, after a long day of walking around the temples, the pool is a great way to relax!! I stayed here for 3 nights and I will stay again in the future!! Thank you!!"
"Staff were very friendly and the facilities were exceptionally clean. Close to the temples and a good environment surrounding the place. Would definitely recommend!"
"Very good hotel, we would definitely stay here again. All the staff was friendly and courteous. The bathroom could use some updates, bathroom lighting was poor and the shower head does not stay in the holder also there's no full length mirror "
"Excellent owners and transportation services!! Friendly and attentive owner and local driver. Would recommend for someone who wants to experience another side of Siem Reap and help the local community at the same time."
"We were not able to check in. There was no one to assist us when we went to the place. When our guide was able to contact the number we were told to cancel the reservation. Due to poor internet connection in the area, we were not able to process the cancellation. We requested for a refund but was denied."

""Really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.""
"Amazing hotel not too far from everything in Siem Reap. The staff is great, the hotel is beautiful, the food is good. What more could you possibly want? "
"Friendly staff, English spoken pretty well.
Good organised trips with helpful English speaking driver to Angkor Wat and other temples.
Walking distance from pub street and Angkor National Museum."
"We had an amazing stay! The staff were very attentive and helpful. We loved the pool area as well as the special club level lounge. We can’t say enough good things about the hotel and staff!"
"I do quite a bit of traveling and always enjoy staying at nice hotels. Jaya House takes it to another level. From the instant you walk in, you are greeted with the friendliest staff - umbrellas in the rain, cold towels after a hot day. The rooms are immaculate and feel so private. The decor is so relaxing, food is incredible, the spa is top notch, and the pools are amazing. Plus all of the inclusions during your stay (free massage every day, tuk tuk rides into town, breakfast - the list goes on an on). I felt like a bit of a celebrity during my stay. I can’t recommend staying here enough - if I come back to Cambodia I’ll definitely stay here again. "
"We wanted to be close to Chinatown, and Else was exactly what we were looking for - cool, chic, comfortable, and convenient. The pool was adequate for laps. Gym was sparse but usable. The room was definitely a highlight - spacious but cozy, if that makes sense. The breakfast options were alright, but they tasted quite good. We had drinks at the Yellowfin, which were pretty good too."
