"The location is great, walking distance to metro, and other public transportation. At the time we arrived, they were doing some construction so we couldn’t appreciate the main lobby and surrounding areas. The room a nice size, clean, small refrigerator, coffee maker. The only problem that we get charged to keep our bags/suitcases when our room was not ready, obviously we weren’t going to be all our town hauling them. Other than that, we’re pleased we our stay."

"Wonderful location right near Times Square. Accessible to people in wheelchairs with a lift to access steps in the front of the property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this establishment. "

"I ALWAYS stay at the New Yorker when in Manhattan, it's safe, secure, well-staffed, and conveniently located. The TicToc restaurant and Trattoria bar on-site makes for great options for those times when you just don't want or need to leave the hotel."

"It’s been many years since my last stay at the Lotte Palace and it did not disappoint! Fabulous, as always. The staff was so kind and helpful (Michael completed our check in and out). Great recommendations from the concierge for lunch. Prompt room service whether it was for bubbly, bandaids or extra pillows, they were right there! I simply cannot wait to return after Thanksgiving."
