"Sorpresivamente fuimos los primeros huéspedes que el hotel recibó en su re-apertura! De hecho llegamos antes de la reapertura oficial y descubrimos que el hotel completo era para nosotros. Bianca y Fabian en recepción hicieron hasta lo imposible por solucionar todas nuestras necesidades y darnos la mejor bienvenida. Julian nos recibió a la entrada y nos dio la bienvenida ayudándonos con las maletas. Eidiar y Francisco nos atendieron en el restaurante donde desayunamos delicioso. Finalmente...

The owner/manager was on premises, and the staff was very attentive and responsive. The informal breakfast around the kitchen table with chef preparing to order and the owner present for conversation made this stay more like an elegant B&B. We highly recommend this gem of a small hotel. And the town of Campeche was also delightful."
