"Nice hotel in a convenient location, easy walk to city centre or to the waterfront promenade. The room was adequate and clean. The toilet did not flush, which was annoying. I did try to alert the reception but no one came to fix it. They apologised as we were checking out, and gave us some snacks to compensate. "The hotel is an old 19th Century, if not earlier, residence in the heart of the Spanish colonial city with only ten rooms, and a short walk from the malecon. It had charming courtyards and was absolutely magical. Room, staff, breakfast, room all up to first class international standards. A real treat in a really lovely Mexican city."
