"Wonderful amenities for small children: pool has floaties and kick boards and there is a VERY well stocked small play room with outside playground access. Pool also has attached hot tub and sauna by the locker rooms. One shower in each gendered locker room and plenty of (small) towels. The rooms are generously sized, with storage dressers and closets. Our dishwasher did not function, but the kitchen was otherwise fine: full stove and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. The staff were friendly and the location excellent for exploring Ottawa. Over all, a solid choice!"

"Great hotel. The only issues we had was with parking, as the hotel doesn't have a designated parking lot beside or in hotel, and our room wasn't me made up. I guess the maid didn't get around to our room. The front desk clerk was very helpful though. He gave us a parking spot beside the hotel and gave us the amenities we needed until the next day. Still kind of upsetting that you pay for hotel service, which to me is having the bed made up and bathroom cleaned, and it didn't get done. The bed was comfortable and the cafe attached to hotel was excellent!"

"I sayed for 5 nights. I made good use of the kitchen. Made dinner only 1 night but made breakfast and a lunch to go daily. Suite was very clean and spacious. The one remote operated the tv in the living room and bedroom. Laundry facilities were convienie t as I did laundry the night before departure. Friendly and accommodating staff."
