"Had an exceptional stay at this new hotel. The rooms were lovely and great to come back to after a long day of hiking. The hot pool was an added bonus. The good folk restaurant offered amazing food at good prices. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is a little bit out of the main town, however it is only a short 15 min walk away and the hotel offers free bus passes to get into town easily - not really a downside as you still are in Banff but just something to be aware of "

"Good property, front desk staff were all awesome! Very accommodating and helped us with all our questions. Even though an older hotel, we were pleased. Pillows could use an update and pls pls pls upgrade to two ply Kleenex. Miheal, from Croatia, who served us breakfast on the patio this morning was super sweet and offered us excellent service. "

"Beautiful property near downtown banff. Nice hot tub with views of the mountain. Apartment had a nice balcony and skylight. Kitchen came fully equipped. Front desk people were pleasant and helpful."
